We frequently have to juggle the needs of our clients with our own need for support, encouragement and quality control. Finding the time to attend to our professional development while coaching or consulting can be difficult. |

Alison offers specialist help as a coaching supervisor for executive coaches. For her, coaching supervision is concerned with supporting practitioners to work effectively, successfully and safely as a coach, building on professional skills at the same time as developing your coaching practice.
