I’m joining forces with Elaine Patterson and Jackie Arnold to speak at the EMCC Mentoring, Coaching and Supervision Research Conference at the University of Chester (10-12 July 2018).
Our session, Explore the relevance and value of executive reflection, shares our work in designing an action research methodology to explore the relevance and value of executive reflection. This project was born from the Coaching Supervision Academy’s Diploma in Coaching Supervision to leaders who are working in a global, virtual and diverse world. I contributed to the work as Elaine and Jackie’s research supervisor, and together we worked in partnership to create a robust action research study, which reached across the globe.
In our conference session, we’ll talk about how we designed the work together, share our story of what happened, and conclude with our preliminary research findings. The session will be interactive, experiential, reflective, thought provoking – and, we hope, inspirational!
