Two-day workshop for coaching supervisors

Sydney workshop: 23-24 January 2017

In Sydney, Australia, I’m leading a two-day workshop in January offering an opportunity for coaching supervisors to deepen their self awareness and professional practice through reflective practice in group supervision.

This programme is for experienced coaching supervisors who wish to explore and reflect on their own practice as supervisors. During the two days, you will have the opportunity to share aspects of your practice, particularly in the group supervision context. At the same time, through reflecting on your own practice, and supporting others as they do the same, we are likely to surface some of the following themes:

> The complexity of group dynamics and relationships
> Holding the balance between the tasks and relationships of group supervision
> How family systems and dynamics show up in group supervision
> Stages of adult development
> Our own relationships with groups and how we show up as supervisors
> How we see our roles, identity and authority in groups

By the end of the two days, you will have:

> Explored aspects of your own practice that you wish to develop
> Gained greater awareness of your own patterns in groups and how this impacts on your practice
> Given and received feedback
> Developed your capacity to co-create learning relationships in groups with appropriate safety and containment
> Deepened your appreciation of the diverse patterns of group formation, behaviours and development

This workshop will be an opportunity for you to deepen your self awareness and practice with like minded professionals. Here are the details:
