What’s it like to be in group supervision?

One of the things I’m often asked by coaches who may not have had much experience of being in supervision is: What’s it like to be in a group? It’s really exciting when a group of four or five coaches come together with me as supervisor, because each of them brings a piece of client work or an issue they’re concerned about, and they can get four or five new perspectives on a predicament or a current concern they’re grappling with.
