New virtual coaching supervision group starts this September

From September, I’m starting a new virtual coaching supervision group for 4-5 professional coaches/supervisors. We’ll be exploring and reflecting on different aspects of your coaching/supervision practice and professional development. Themes that may arise include:

• What can I learn about myself from being in the group that might inform what is happening in my client system?

• How can I connect what is happening in the client organisation (e.g. if it is chaotic and complex) with the behaviour and practice of my coachee/supervisee?

• What is the coaching/supervision development edge that I need to explore for myself?

Sometimes we’ll draw on what is happening in the group to inform us about your clients and the systems they are working in. We’ll explore recurring themes, give and receive feedback around your client issues and your own personal presence. The group will enable you to recharge your batteries in the supportive learning environment we co-create.

So how does it work? Here are some of the practical details:

We meet for 8 x 90 minute web-based sessions over a period of 12 months. The dates are agreed by the group, which means that no set dates are planned, but I’d like to start in September 2019. We’ll meet once approximately every 6 weeks over the 12 month period.

The fee for each session is £112.50 (+ VAT if UK based) per person, with the total cost of £900 per person for the year.
