Getting me to think more deeply, more succinctly
Monica Cable works with senior leaders across mostly corporate organisations, and she also supervises coaches, both one-on-one and in groups. She has been working with Alison for the past 10 years. In this video, she shares an example from her own experience of supervision which had a powerful effect on her work with a group.
‘Even after all the years we’ve been working together, Alison still gets me to think about things in a very different way. I don't think we’ve ever had a session where I haven't come away thinking, ‘That was really worthwhile’. And that's amazing after 10 years.’
