Supervision lifts my coaching to a different level
Sushil Jhangiani works with senior executives individually, and also works with leadership teams. He has been in supervision with Alison for several years. In this video, Sushil talks about the space created in a supervision session to bring in whatever you need to talk about, and how the session can move you to a completely different place, opening up new possibilities for specific work and your overall practice.
‘I go away with a completely different perspective about the coachee, or about the coaching itself, or indeed about my role in it. When I take it back into my coaching, it lifts the entire coaching intervention to a different level. That’s the value that comes out of this.’
