Alison Hodge is a coaching supervisor who works with executive coaches around the world. Her clients include coaches who work internally or externally to organisations, and her work involves both individual and group supervision.
‘My starting point is a very strong belief that my client has the potential to grow and flourish. I aim to create the container that provides my client with a safe space to be doubtful, hesitant, confused or stuck, and together we can explore what may be getting in the way.’
