I completed a professional doctorate in coaching supervision (2014) at Middlesex University. To my knowledge, this was only the third doctorate in the field in the world. The title of the thesis is: ‘An Action Research Inquiry into what goes on in Coaching Supervision to the end of enhancing the Coaching Profession’.

I have also written a paper based on my action research project into what happens in the coaching supervision process, with a view to establishing its relevance and value. The paper was published in the International Journal of Evidence-Based Coaching and Mentoring. The paper is titled, ‘The value of coaching supervision as a development process’.
